What You'll Do and How You'll Have an Impact Serve as a power user and key finance stakeholder for CRM systems (Hubspots or SFDC) and revenue operations workflows, including configuration, automation, data governance, and ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite); Design, document, and continuously improve revenue operations processes and standards to support a scalable, global revenue function; Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product on quote-to-cash workflows, bookings accuracy, and pricing updates; Identify operational risks, develop performance measurement frameworks, and build models to evaluate workflow effectiveness; Analyze data and deliver reporting that enhances visibility into operational performance and key revenue drivers; Standardize dashboards, reporting, and tracking to support leadership decision-making; Perform other duties as assigned.
