- Clear and structured written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and ownership mindset
- Collaborative approach with the confidence to work across teams

- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Familiarity with institutional clients or investment products
