Controlling and monitoring employee personnel file processes. Providing support for internal compensation and benefits process studies. What You Bring: Graduates of Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics, etc. departments of universities, 3-4 years of experience in relevant positions, Proficient in MS Office programs, Experienced in Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management processes, Oriented towards continuous learning and development, Advanced English language skills, Strong communication skills, Sensitive to, valuing, and supportive of internal customer processes, Strong planning and organizational skills, Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
