Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years experience in global FMCG and/or Wellness insights and analytics roles, with demonstrated impact on brand strategy, creative development, and innovation
- Strong experience delivering foundational consumer learning, supporting brand communication and innovation.
- Experience is Expert related insight is a plus.
- Hands-on expertise with consumer testing methodologies, and insight generation tools
- Demonstrated ability to translate insights into clear business recommendations with measurable impact, with strong business acumen and strategic mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed global organization, managing multiple priorities with rigor and quality
- Excellent planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills for cross team collaboration and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with, and influence, diverse teams across different functions and markets, fostering a shared understanding of future opportunities
- Experience in leading projects and/or managing external agency relationships
- *The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.
- The salary range for this role is $121,952 - $ 167,684 USD annually + bonus
