Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Directly supervise and motivate a team of approximately 30 entry-level to experienced production operators in a cleanroom environment, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues effectively. (Experience with hiring, on-boarding, training, performance improvement plans and CA Labor law is a significant plus.)
- Safety Advocate: Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communication & Collaboration: Foster open and transparent communication within the team and across departments. Confidently articulate ideas, perspectives, and concerns, while also actively listening to and valuing diverse viewpoints.
- Shift Management: Oversee all production activities during a 12-hour shift, including scheduling, breaks, and addressing immediate operational needs.
- Associate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management) preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration)
- 1+ years of experience in leadership, ideally a production supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing cleanroom environment.
- Experience with hiring/onboarding /termination processes & Familiarity with CA labor laws
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Project management experience
- This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
- This position is on shift. This role is an exempt position and requires working a compressed work week schedule. B-Shift Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday & every other Sunday from 6AM-6PM, & additional hours as necessary.
- This shift is eligible for a 5% shift premium
