Partner with business product owners, process managers, and SMEs to clarify needs, facilitate workshops, and translate requirements into scalable Copilot solutions. Define and promote reusable prompts, topics, actions, and implementation patterns; contribute to platform standards, documentation, and runbooks. Ensure solutions adhere to Pacific Life AI governance, SDLC controls, security, privacy, and risk management practices. Strong experience with Power Platform technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps) and enterprise integrations. Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance and act as a resource for colleagues; may lead functional teams or projects. Strong communication and relationship skills-able to engage business partners with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. Experience working within governed enterprise environments (SDLC, change management, security reviews). Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity across cross-functional stakeholders. What Makes You Stand Out Experience designing copilots with responsible AI considerations (e.g., safety boundaries, grounding, evaluation, and monitoring). Experience establishing standards/patterns and driving adoption across multiple teams. Experience integrating with AI services and enterprise APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI, internal services) and supporting production-grade operations.
