Key Activities: Analyzing inquiries, make correct product selection inline with customer needs & global standard. Logging all the inquiries in system. Review the type of inquiry in detail to understand technical & commercial scope. Studying Customer RFQ and project specifications, prepare comments - deviation sheet, product datasheet and costing sheet for filter and/or entire filtration systems. etc Ensure compliance with proposal process and outputs from proposal team. Basic pricing for filters and spares based on price lists for GPNs / BOMs. Co-ordinate with various global cross functional teams (CZ Plant/CoE/JVEL) for getting results. Follow regular inquiry review meetings, Daily accountability (DAM) meetings. Key Accountabilities: Attend and understand all assigned training programs. Including Know how and GLR. Ensure meet the business expectations in terms of On time delivery (OTD) Cost and quality outputs. Learn about the tools used, make sure error free quotation preparation. Responsible correct price estimation for technical requirements. Adhere to company policies and procedures (Smiths values and Leadership behaviors). Follow Quality register matrix and look for improvement opportunities using SES problem solving tools
