Position Overview The Regulatory Associate role will be responsible for accelerating Gridware's market expansion by 1) investigating electric utility regulatory filings and associated documents; 2) conducting regulatory tracking and instituting; 3) Instituting and maintaining a process for regulatory information sharing to the company; 4) Identifying regulatory opportunities for the sales and customer-success teams; and 5) creating content to support regulatory filings for Gridware's customers. Gridware's products span a range of regulatory arenas and utility use-cases, this role will be responsible for understanding and communicating to internal teams, the relationship between Gridware's products and relevant regulatory proceedings. Gridware's active utility customers require support for each of these respective regulatory proceedings and use cases, in the form of written content for testimony/filings or in the form of quantitative analysis to support requests for funding. The ideal candidate has experience with public utility commission regulatory filing systems and proceeding protocols, a keen eye for detail, and patience to sift through regulatory dockets. Experience working with electric utilities or public utility commissions on risk, wildfire mitigation, resilience, reliability, distribution maintenance and planning, or similar areas is preferred.
