About the Position: Lead Data and Schedule Specialist for the Rhien Ordnance Barracks Medical Center Replacement (ROBMCR) Program. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Leading the full range of program management life cycle duties associated with developing and managing a construction engineering project plan encompassing planning, design and construction; experience with complex, multi-faceted missions including Military, Engineering, Construction, and Environmental Support and Host Nation support and Contingency Operations in support of Military Operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
