About the role

The incumbent oversees a range of administrative tasks that support the daily functions of the FSDO. To qualify for this position at the FV-F level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-E, FG/GS-7/8 level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as experience using various office automation software systems/programs to create letters/memos, reports, spreadsheets; experience in performing a wide variety of administrative functions with little to no guidance/direction from supervisor/management to include records keeping, travel administration, time and attendance management, organizing and managing files and records; scheduling meetings, and other administrative functions in support of an office. Applies experience and advanced knowledge to plan and perform administrative assignments for projects/programs. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.
