- Work with academic units and Registrar staff to ensure that articulation, equivalency, and outcome alignment support both compliance and program improvement.
- Use transfer and articulation data to inform curricular coherence and improvement.
- Institutional Memory and Record Integrity
- In partnership with the Associate Provosts, Registrar, and Institutional Research, help maintain accurate, consistent, and accessible records related to curriculum, accreditation, state authorization, and transfer.
- Support the development and maintenance of clear and usable archives that promote continuity, transparency, and institutional learning over time.
Requirements
- Required: Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Public Policy, or a related field with a minimum of three years of experience in academic affairs, curriculum, accreditation, or registrar functions; or a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant experience.
