Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Support compensation reviews, market benchmarking, payroll, and manpower cost planning.
- Manage regional HR projects, digitalisation, process improvements, and change management.

- Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts as this role supports APAC region which includes China & Taiwan
- Estimated 20% of business travelling is required
