Bartender Supervisor (Hotel Pre-Opening Team)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the bar team during daily operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and memorable bar experiences.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages to the highest standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate bartenders to deliver service excellence.
• Monitor stock levels, bar cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Bartender, Bartender Supervisor, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
• Positive leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Salary: $3,200
