Responsibilities
- Reception of appointment and walk-in patients.
- Verify patient details (NRIC & Name) for electronic registration (EPIC, LIS, RIS, POS, BSS).
- Schedule and book appointments , including mammogram registrations via the BSS portal .
- Provide instructions to patients and escort them to rooms as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries with prompt, courteous service.
- Cashier duties , including payment collection , Medisave transactions , and end-of-day reconciliation .
- Apply promotions and discounts in EASIPOS.
- Administrative support , including dispatching reports and maintaining courier records.
- Ensure quality KPIs are met and assist in handling patient relations .
Requirements
- GCE "A"/"O"/"N" levels or NITEC qualification.
- Service-oriented , proactive , and team player .
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
