Responsibilities

• Own quality governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement for RCM processes
• Handle client calls & reviews, present insights, RCA, and improvement plans
• Lead and mentor AMs / Quality teams
• Drive audit readiness, compliance, and closure of findings (CAPA)
• Identify and implement automation & transformation initiatives
• Partner with Training to close skill gaps and improve performance
• Deliver data-driven reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights

Requirements

• 10-15+ years in RCM with strong Quality leadership experience
• Experience in client handling, audits, and team management
• Exposure to automation / transformation initiatives
• Lean Six Sigma / quality certifications preferred
