Responsibilities
- Own quality governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement for RCM processes
- Handle client calls & reviews, present insights, RCA, and improvement plans
- Lead and mentor AMs / Quality teams
- Drive audit readiness, compliance, and closure of findings (CAPA)
- Identify and implement automation & transformation initiatives
- Partner with Training to close skill gaps and improve performance
- Deliver data-driven reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights
Requirements
- 10-15+ years in RCM with strong Quality leadership experience
- Experience in client handling, audits, and team management
- Exposure to automation / transformation initiatives
- Lean Six Sigma / quality certifications preferred
