Responsibilities
- Clinical Responsibilities Include:
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery
- Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.

- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning

- Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from one level of care to another.
- Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
- Other duties as assigned
- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active independent licensure:
- LPC or LCSW
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
- EMDR experience is highly preferred
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth

- Compensation & Schedule
- Salary :
- Up to $100,000 annually.
- Incentive Compensation:
- This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical group participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups.
- Total Compensation:
- With consistent group census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is up to $100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on group volume and engagement.
