Personal Driver (12 months contract)

About the role

PURPOSE The purpose of this position is to provide dedicated and professional drivingservices to the CEO, ensuring their safety, comfort, and punctuality duringdaily commutes and other travel requirements. This role is crucial insupporting the CEO's ability to fulfil their duties effectively by minimizingtravel-related stress and maximizing time efficiency. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for chauffeuring CEO and visiting to various destinations as required. Flexible working hours within stipulated time period, and over-time for additional hours. Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness and performing routine maintenance checks. Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient travel time. Assistthe CEO with loading and unloading personal items and luggage as required. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Keep track of vehicle maintenance schedules and report any issues promptly. Ensure the confidentiality of all information and activities related to the CEO. Support the company in delivering and collecting items for business partners or for thecompany. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO and CEO's EA. QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE Possesses valid Class 3 driving license Clean traffic records and good driving skills 3 years' of driving experience as personal chauffeur KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS& ABILITY Proficient driving skills with afocus on safety and efficiency. Attention to details for vehicle maintenance, route planning, and adhering to schedules.
