Aging, Disability and Veterans Services is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide services as a Case Manager 1. As a Case Manager 1 (CM1) you will be responsible for providing eligibility determination services to applicants for cash, food, and medical benefits administered by the State of Oregon. You will conduct interviews in order to gather pertinent information, access multiple computer applications, and determine eligibility according to Oregon Administrative Rules and procedures in order to issue benefits in a timely manner. Minimum Qualifications/Transferable Skills*: Education/ Training: Associate's degree Experience: Two (2) years of paraprofessional level experience providing assistance and services to human services/social service clients, including older adults and persons with physical, developmental and/or multiple disabilities Must pass a criminal background check Preferred Qualifications/Transferable Skills*: You do not need to have the following preferred qualifications/transferable skills to qualify.
