You will use your knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL databases, JavaScript, and cloud services. Our 2026 roadmap focuses on AI enablement. The primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Owning the design, architecture, coding and bug-fixing of new enhancements and the support of existing modules. Maintaining effective communications with team leader, team members, stakeholders and other Brown Advisory staff. Ensuring that applications and systems are supportable by the production support team and providing level 2 support when needed. Peer reviews the work of team members Championing the adoption of continuous improvement processes. Recommend new technology, policies or processes to benefit the organization and improve efficiency. May lead or participate in technical evaluations of vendor software. Complete other related duties or projects as required, which may include playing a lead role in due diligence or cost/benefit analysis.
