Position: Sales Coordinator cum Administrative Assistant Job Summary The Sales Coordinator cum Administrative Assistant provides administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth operation of the business. Administrative Support Provide administrative support to management and consultants. Maintain proper filing of both electronic and hardcopy documents. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office communications. Maintain company records, licences, certificates, and important documents. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and meeting logistics when required. Customer Service Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure prompt response to customer enquiries and requests. Coordinate after-sales support and customer follow-up. Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information. Contribute ideas to improve work processes and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good organisational and time management skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Experience in consultancy, training, or ISO certification industries is an advantage.
