In addition, you will act as a backup for general service-related tasks when needed.This position is part of the Service Commercial Support Team located in Tiel. If you work form the office in Tiel you will be hybrid, working from home on Mondays and Fridays, the other days you will be in the office.When you are working in Belgium, preferably in the Nazareth area, you will be completly working from home.This position offers a competitive salary, bonus earnings, and the opportunity to take advantage of Veralto Enterprise Systems (VES) trainings and certifications. Enjoy a fun, friendly and fast paced working environment with a goal of individual and team growth.In this role, a typical day will look like:Responsible for managing service contract renewals by maintaining customer touchpointsEngage clients via phone and email by providing quotations, cross-selling, up-selling, new business selling and minimizing discounting where possibleReview commercial legal terms and escalate as neededPopulate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce.com (SFDC)Collaborate with other Service Sales Representatives and Sales teams to improve processesEngage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriateCross-functional interfacing with other commercial departments to leverage the best resources to close businessThe essential requirements of the job include:A suitable training at least MBO level (administrative or commercial)Fluent language skills in English and Dutch and preferably in French.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and preferably with Salesforce and or ServiceMaxPrior 3 years progressive administrative experience in a business-to-business environment, including experience working with various administrative systems and confident use of PC and software (Office package)Health insuranceVision insurancePaid time offFlexible schedulePerformance bonus
