About the role

As a Quality Engineer (Manual Testing), you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-ready solutions.   • Ensure all deliverables meet established quality benchmarks before release
  • Share knowledge and insights with team members to strengthen overall project delivery
  • Required Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Manual Testing practices and techniques
  • Hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes
  • Strong understanding of Application Quality Analysis and Quality Control (QC) principles
  • Ability to design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills to articulate defects and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
  • Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools
  • Ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Exposure to risk-based testing approaches
