Foreman Location: Charlotte, NC Keeley Construction is seeking a Foreman to support our Paving Division in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position leads daily operations in the field, supports craft personnel, and helps drive project goals related to safety, productivity, quality, and schedule. This role works closely with supervision and project management to ensure efficient execution of paving and concrete activities. The ideal candidate is a motivated field leader who serves as a "right‑hand" support to supervision, brings strong construction experience (including concrete), and is comfortable using technology in the field. Crew Lead Responsibilities Lead and support assigned crew in daily work activities while reinforcing company policies and work standards. Organize daily tasks, assign work, and set the pace for production. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs to support daily operations. Assist with planning daily work activities based on production goals and site conditions. Communicate material and equipment needs to supervision. Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure work is completed correctly. Lead by example with a strong focus on safety and quality.
