Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to SIS ESD (Emergency shutdown systems) and FGS (or Fire Gas System) Projects with strong system and functional knowledge of DeltaV™ SIS, AND Process control system design and implementation and troubleshooting combined with project execution
- Contributingto the successful completion of assigned DeltaV™ Projects
- Abilityto identify clear decisions or recommendations that may emerge from meetings anddiscussions
- Delivery of design and implementation of SIS with focus on process design, configuration, testing on EMR DeltaV™ internal system and Customer site system
- Delivery of design and implementation of PCS with focus on CONTINUOUS process design, configuration, testing on EMR DeltaV™ internal system and Customer site system
- Ensuring compliance to the project quality standards
- Delivering project documentation & records
- Interacting/coordinating with cross functional teams of other global offices to ensure consistency in project deliverables
- Accountable for project planning, efforts estimation, scheduling, scope implementation, efforts monitoring/control, progress reports, quality and reviews for assigned scope on the project, on site until completion of SAT (or Site Acceptance Test), and further support as required by the contract
- Responsible to engage with overseas country Customers and doing necessary project coordination with Customers, Engineering Contractors and/or Consultants
- Achieving cost & time targets for assigned scope
Additional Information
Minimum Qualification: Engineering graduates from Electronics/Instrumentation Experience: 8-12 years Must Know: - DeltaV™Safety Instrumented System (or SIS) software and Hardware and Configuration forOil & Gas, Petrochemical and/or Chemical industry - DeltaV™Process Control System (or PCS) Setup and Configuration for Oil & Gas,Petrochemical and/or Chemical industry - Third-partyinterfaces with DeltaV™ system. Interfacing with package vendor systems usingvarious communication protocols
