Title: Channel Enablement Specialist Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid) We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our channel business by managing subscription-related data, contract coordination, and operational processes. This role will work closely with Sales, Channel Partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate tracking of subscription agreements, onboarding of partners, and smooth execution of channel contracts. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of contract structures and operational workflows. While this role collaborates closely with the Legal team, the primary focus is on operational management of channel agreements, subscription tracking, and supporting sales teams and partners throughout the contract lifecycle. Position Summary Key Areas of Responsibility - Managing and maintaining subscription trackers, contract records, and related operational data to ensure accuracy and visibility across teams. - Supporting the preparation, coordination, and processing of channel partner agreements and contract amendments. - Assisting Sales and Channel teams with partner onboarding, documentation, and contract-related operational processes. - Acting as a liaison between Sales, Partners, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance with internal processes. - Monitoring subscription agreements, renewals, and changes to ensure proper documentation and tracking. - Identifying process improvements related to contract handling, subscription tracking, and partner operations.
