Business & Process Transformation Lead (Digitalization)

About the role

Our client, a well-established and rapidly evolving listed group with an extensive portfolio of entities across the region. They are seeking a dynamic and highly driven Business & Process Transformation Lead to spearhead our enterprise-wide digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will act as an internal consultant and a hands-on project manager. You will be responsible for assessing our current operational landscape, building strategic roadmaps, and driving end-to-end transformation projects across the OUE group. If you thrive at the intersection of business strategy, data analysis, and change management, we want you on our team. As the lead project manager for company digitalization initiatives, you will design, map out, and execute comprehensive transformation roadmaps from inception to successful rollout. This requires a hands-on approach where you will deep dive into existing business workflows to identify bottlenecks, systemic inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, not just advising on solutions, but building and implementing them. A significant part of this role involves active business partnering; you will collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders across the diverse OUE group, acting as a trusted bridge between technical requirements and business objectives. Furthermore, you will actively gather, synthesize, and leverage operational data to build compelling business cases for transformation and precisely measure project success. Throughout these initiatives, you will champion change management, ensuring user adoption and seamless transitions by communicating system or process changes effectively and supporting stakeholders throughout the entire transformation journey. Skills and experience required Proven track record in business transformation, process optimization, or internal consulting. Strong project management experience with the ability to drive initiatives independently. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with individuals at all levels across a diverse corporate group. A hands-on, analytical problem-solver who relies on data to formulate actionable strategies. Experience leading digital transformation, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
