Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer competitive compensation structures (base pay, variable pay, incentives) and benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement, time off) for all Latin American countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and GE HealthCare policies.

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of total rewards programs, recommending adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Act as Total Rewards Business Partner for enabling function.
- Partner with Finance team on the budget and forecast processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance frameworks across Latin American jurisdictions.
- Participate in global and regional total rewards initiatives and projects, representing the needs and perspectives of the Latin America region.
- Provide expertise in M&A projects to ensure effective gathering of benefits data and resolution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior total rewards professionals, if applicable.
- What you need to have :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with a significant portion focused on Latin America.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, laws, and regulations across various Latin American countries (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru).
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex compensation and benefits programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in operating effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-looking mindset
- Experience in the Life Sciences, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industries
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making. Experience with Power BI and AI tools is highly preferred.
