ASD Client Outreach Specialist Location : Brooklyn, NY | New York City (NYC) Pay : $75,000/year + Commission Full-Time | On-Site Make a Difference Early. Guide Families. Build Meaningful Connections. At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS), we're dedicated to helping children access critical ASD evaluation services as early as possible. We're looking for a compassionate and driven Client Outreach Specialist to serve as a key connection between families, schools, and our clinical team across Brooklyn and the NYC area. What You'll Do ; Connect with families, schools, and community partners across Brooklyn and NYC Educate caregivers on the importance of early ASD evaluation and diagnosis Coordinate and schedule assessments with clinical teams Manage leads, follow-ups, and communication through CRM systems Serve as a consistent, supportive point of contact for families throughout the process Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery Participate in ongoing training and professional development What You Bring; Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow within the role Experience in outreach, sales, healthcare, or client relations (preferred, not required) What Sets You Apart ; You bring both empathy and drive.
