Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize a data ingestion pipeline built with Java and Python .
• Implement new features and improvements that keep our systems efficient and scalable.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code .
• Participate in code reviews and share ideas that raise the bar for our engineering practices.
• Stay curious and up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering.

Requirements

• Proven experience of +4 years as a Data Engineer .
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python .
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
• Strong English communication skills (B2/C1 level). You'll often interact 1:1 with native speakers.
• It'd be great if you also have
• Experience with Apache Beam or Apache Spark .
• Knowledge of observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
