Do you want to work with advanced refrigeration/heat pump technology and become a product specialist for GEA Grasso in the Nordic region? You now have the opportunity to become part of a strong technical service and support team in a global technology company. Responsibilities / Tasks As a Technical Service Specialist, you will become an expert in GEA Grasso's product portfolio, including screw and piston compressors, as well as chillers and heat pumps. You will work closely with: Authorized refrigeration companies Support teams in our factories in Germany and the Netherlands You will be the link between our customers and the GEA Grasso factories to ensure high quality in service, support, and commissioning. On-site with customers (60-70% of the time across Scandinavia): Technical support and advanced troubleshooting on GEA equipment Commissioning of GEA Grasso compressors, chillers, and heat pumps Setup and programming of GEA's Omni compressor control system From the office in Skanderborg: Preparation of commissioning jobs and site visits Documentation of executed works through service, commissioning, and claim reports Technical support via phone and email Creating and managing cases in CRM service portal (2nd level support to factories) Your Profile / Qualifications You have a strong but open mindset that in combination with your communicative and technical skills enables you to work independently and structured, taking the decisions needed to execute our job tasks, when on site. You like collaborating with your colleagues, in an open and relaxed atmosphere. We expect that you: Are an educated refrigeration technician Have in-depth knowledge of industrial NH3 refrigeration and heat pump systems Have experience with compressor controllers and PLCs Are accustomed to setting up, analyzing, and using data from control systems Good computer skills proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 applications Language and Communication: You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing You are comfortable working in English in an international environment
