Functional (job responsibilities) Cash Management: Propose/execute business plans and marketing strategies and ensure successful execution with proven results; Work closely with Product Managers/stakeholders in new/existing product/services commercialization and re-commercialization activities; Leverage stakeholder's relationships to maximize bank's income revenue or cost reduction; Perform competitor analysis to ensure the team/department always stay competitive in the market; Propose/determine & identify business opportunities and risk associated with cost-benefit analysis to the manager for decision making; Providing guidance and training to the branch managers/Business Centers' representative/Account Relationship Managers in selling Cash Management's product & services; To work with Product Team to drive net-profit income and/or net-fee income on Cash Management products; To work with/assist branch managers/Business Centers' representative/Account Relationship Managers in deal closure; Propose/review new/existing pricing on product, services and solution based on competitor and cost-benefit analysis; Product marketing to promote Cash Management Services and Corporate Internet Banking. Deposit: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges related to deposit products; Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in deposit products; Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for new or existing deposit products; Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams; Develop and maintain business process models for deposit products; Collaborate with product managers on the development and launch of new deposit products; Validate deposit products to ensure that they meet the needs of business stakeholders and customers; Provide training and support to distribution channels on new or updated deposit products; Monitor the performance of deposit products and identify areas for improvement; Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of deposit product operations; Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the deposit products industry; Developing and maintaining deposit product pricing models; Analyzing customer behavior and trends to identify new opportunities for deposit products; Developing and implementing tactical campaigns and promotions; Communicate and work effectively with all level of stakeholders.
