Apprentice as a chemical laboratory technician (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Analysis of inorganic and organic substances with regard to their qualitative and quantitative composition
• Planning experimental procedures and setting up equipment and apparatus
• Preparation of inorganic and organic compounds according to specifications
• Separation of substance mixtures; purification, identification, and characterization of substances
• Recording and documenting experimental procedures
• Evaluation of measurement and analysis data and assessment of results

Requirements

• A good intermediate school leaving certificate or (specialized) higher education entrance qualification
• Good grades in core subjects as well as in chemistry and physics
• Enthusiasm for chemistry, natural sciences, and high technology
• Interest in commercial and/or chemical processes
• Ability to work well in a team
• High motivation
• Solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills
