Responsibilities
- Work closely & report to Sales Manager.
- Drive sales to meet Yearly and Monthly targets.
- Manage new customer accounts and assist CSO with existing customer issues (e.g., delivery or quality problems).
- Build and maintain relationships with customers (new and existing).
- Analyse customer projects and market trends.
- Review and input customer sales forecasts into reports.
- Update weekly sales forecast, prepare monthly sales and KPI performance reports.
- Participate in weekly RFQ discussions to prioritize tasks.
- Update LinkedIn content and maintain account accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries and manage stock declarations (MRP parts and others).
- Process RFQs, send quotations, and monitor FA, production builds, and ECN activation.
- Manage inventory, passive, excess, and aging stock monthly.
- Attend production and customer meetings on delivery and other matters.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks from upper management.

- Proficient in MS Office
