Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Experience Support: Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding logistics - including welcome kits, swag fulfillment, system access tracking, and ensuring a smooth and engaging Day 1 experience for new teammates.
  • Events & Engagement Coordination: Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, team events, and culture programs - from logistics and data coordination to on-the-day setup and follow-up.
  • HR Operations Assistance: Assist with day-to-day People Ops tasks including employee file audits, document processing, Off-boarding activities and maintaining accurate records across HR systems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing People Ops and experience workflows and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to support HR initiatives, events, and experience-related projects, building relationships across the company.
  • Administrative & Ad Hoc Support: Provide general operational support to the Teammate Success team as needed to ensure smooth execution of ongoing people programs.
  • This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events.

Requirements

  • Must-Have Skills or Experience:
  • Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail , you keep things accurate and on track.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, comfortable interacting with new hires, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • A self-starter mindset, you take initiative, ask good questions, and follow through without needing constant direction.
  • Availability to be in the Hyderabad office at least 3 days a week.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills or Experience:
  • Prior internship or project experience in HR, or office/people operations.
  • Familiarity with HR tools, onboarding platforms, or project management software (e.g. Workday, or similar).
  • Creative eye for employee experience touchpoints, event themes, engagement ideas, etc.

About This Role: We're looking for a full-time Intern - TS Coordinator to join the G&A team reporting to the Manager, TS Specialist. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad, India location. In this role, you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful employee experiences across the Gainsight Hyderabad office by supporting onboarding coordination, employee engagement events, and day-to-day People Operations activities.
