About the role
We're looking for an experienced mobile engineer to help us transform TruckSmarter's new vision into a reality for all the freight industry. In this role, you'll: Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms using React Native (with support to learn React Native on the job). Provide guidance on mobile app best practices, coding standards, and new technologies. Review code and offer constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality deliverables. Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to align on requirements and deliver solutions. Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3 - 7 years of experience building frontend applications that are used by a significant number of users.
- Proficiency with technologies such as React Native/Flutter, React, and Next.js.
- Experience with mobile design patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, VIPER), modern architecture, and best practices.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the capability to drive cross-functional requirements with business, product, operations and engineering teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
