Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must have 3 Months of Machine Operator experience listed in job history
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift 45 pounds repeatedly during shift
  • Some areas require occasional lifting up to 70 pounds during Shift
  • Must stand on hard concrete floors for up to 10 hours per day
  • Must work in cold/hot temperatures ranging from 40-75 degrees on a routine basis
  • Must work in wet and/or humid conditions, slippery floors in some areas.
  • Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, gripping, and pinching, climbing stairs and/or ladders
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment
  • Position will require Lock-Out Tag-Out certification.
  • Knowledge of basic food processing compliance, FDA, USDA, and EPA is preferred.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends and other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Details: This position pays $19.95 per hour. Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson Foods will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
