Accountant 3, Fund Accounting

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of complex financial statements, NAV calculations, and comprehensive reports with accuracy and timeliness, applying accounting standards and policies with minimal supervision
• Process capital calls, distributions, and investor notices while performing bookkeeping for complex transactions and preparing periodic financial reports for sophisticated clients
• Document detailed procedures for complex accounting processes and identify operational risks, escalating concerns to management as needed
• Conduct self-reviews to maintain quality standards and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
• Participate in training programs, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and team development activities while building expertise in client-specific requirements and industry practices
• Educational Background:
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or possess ACCA Level 2 or ACA qualification.
• Professional Experience:
• You bring at least 4 years of professional experience in fund accounting or a related financial services environment.
