Key job responsibilities - Own and manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones and competing priorities - Coordinate cross-functional meetings, leadership offsites, and recurring business rhythms - Handle sensitive and confidential information with excellent judgment and discretion - Anticipate what your leaders need before they ask - and act on it - Partner with other Executive Assistants to provide seamless coverage and support - Solve problems that don't come with a playbook, resourcefulness is the job - Manage travel logistics, expense reporting, and event coordination - Communicate clearly and concisely on behalf of leadership when needed A day in the life No two days look the same - and that's the point. You might start your morning untangling a scheduling conflict across three time zones, pivot to coordinating a last-minute leadership review, and end the day prepping materials for an offsite.
