Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of electronic design e xperience
- 4 -year technical degree from an accredited institution, with an emphasis on electrical or electronic engineering
- Experience in a wide arr ay of technologies is preferred
- Self -starting, self-motivated, an d a goal-oriented team member
- Proficient user of Schematic Capture software ( Altium a plus )
- Exceptional at building and testing prototype PCBA
- Proficient user of graphical prese ntation and documentation tools
- E xcellent computer skills including knowledge of common Office software s uch as Microsoft Word and Excel
- E xcellent writte n and oral communication skills
- Possesses excellent proble m solving and analytical skills
- Has ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple project s at one time to meet deadlines
- Possesses both the ability to work independently and work with a team to accomplish tasks
- Travel both d omestically and internationally (10% )
- Accountabilities:
- Complete assigned projects according to project timelines
- Complete all project documentation
- Complete assigned projects within budget
- Executes the company's Intellectual Property Strategy by designing with the goal of patentable designs
- Ultimately accountable to the cont inued success and growth of PSB
- Relationships:
- Reports directly to Director of Engineering
- Maintains an effective working relationship w ith team members throughout PSB
- Maintains an effective working relationship with product suppliers, contract manufacturers, and contract consultan ts
