We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join Aloi, where you will play a key role at the intersection of business, marketing, and execution. You will operate in an environment where company-level commercial priorities meet the wider strategic direction of the group and where your work will influence both. Legal teams already hold a powerful data edge, what has been negotiated, approved, signed, and learned across thousands of matters. Aloi makes that knowledge usable in daily work by bringing the most relevant evidence, risks, and mitigations directly into drafting and negotiation workflows. Our mission is to help legal teams make decisions that are informed, defensible, and risk-aware, while preserving the standards, judgement, and trust that define the legal profession. Lead and execute Aloi's marketing strategy to support growth, brand positioning, and commercial objectives. Shape the company's brand, messaging, PR, and thought leadership while building visibility among customers, partners, investors, and industry stakeholders. Drive demand generation and digital marketing across owned, earned, and paid channels, using data and analytics to optimize performance. Develop compelling content and events that engage prospects, customers, and the broader legal and technology community. Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to support go-to-market initiatives, fundraising activities, and investor communications. Over time, build and lead a high-performing marketing function that strengthens both customer acquisition and employer branding. About you You are both strategic and hands-on, and you thrive in a role where you set direction while also driving execution and follow-up. You have a strong business focus and are used to connecting marketing initiatives to concrete results. You collaborate easily across functions and navigate confidently in a matrix organization. At the same time, you are curious about new ways of working and technologies, such as AI, and see opportunities to develop both ways of working and the customer experience.
