Management Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business or branch operations to streamline processes and consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage short- and long-term projects by tracking deliverables and allocating resources efficiently to ensure timely completion
• Develop and implement company policies and guidelines to maintain compliance and enhance operational efficiency
• Serve as the primary liaison between executive management, department heads, and external clients to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
• Monitor team performance by coordinating training programs and applying staff retention and guidance strategies to foster professional growth
• Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and budgets that support organizational goals
• Manage time effectively by delegating tasks and allocating resources to optimize operational workflows
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats to report progress and issues to senior stakeholders and staff
• Analyze operational challenges and make quick, data-driven decisions to resolve bottlenecks and improve processes
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative leadership roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, relevant management software, and digital/GenAI tools
