Associate Consultant - Workplace Advisory

• What You Need
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• At least three years of experience in paid professional work in any of the following areas required: complex project management, client management, management consulting, human capital consulting, related consultative business development
• Full fluency in Japanese with proficiency in English required
• Track record of leading projects that resulted in positive outcomes for client accounts required
• Ability to work in our Tokyo office at least three days per week required, with the option to work remotely the remaining days
• Eligibility to work in Japan required - open to foreign candidates with valid work visas; this position is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship
