The site plays a strategic role in product preparation, packaging, and shipping, operating at the heart of an international supply chain. In a context of business growth-particularly in the Probiotics segment-the site supports the continuous evolution of logistics flows, processes, and teams. We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader in a permanent contract. Position Context Activity growth impacting logistics flows Potential increase in the warehouse workforce Increasing digitalization of processes International interactions requiring fluent English and French Where You'll Make a Difference ? Lead, manage, and motivate the warehouse team Allocate tasks according to operational priorities Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational guidelines Supervise and perform picking operations in cold storage (-18°C) Ensure the preparation accuracy and reliability of shipments Train and onboard new team members Monitor and analyze PSQDIC performance indicators Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process digitalization What Makes You the Right Fit? Bachelor's degree (BAC+2) in Logistics / Supply Chain Initial experience in team management preferred CACES 3 & 5 certifications required Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory Strong knowledge of logistics and shipping operations How Would You Stand Out?
