Position : Sales Admin/Coordinator (Kitchen Equipment) Location : West - Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon) Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus + 14-18 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300 Duration : Permanent Industry : Commercial Kitchen Equipment Main Responsibilities: Handle and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally Prepare and process quotations, orders, and related documents Issue invoices for completed orders and ensure accurate record-keeping Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team to achieve sales targets Assist salespersons with back-office tasks such as tenders, orders, quotations, delivery orders, and customer follow-ups Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
