Responsibilities

  • Work with Post Supervisors to create and organize edit projects
  • Assist with edits, ensuring media is available and organized
  • Restore archived media
  • Troubleshoot offline media issues

  • Must be willing and able to work weekends, flexible hours, under tight deadline pressure, including breaking news
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
  • What we'll offer: Production Employee (PEP) Regular who works more than 1,000 hours per measurement period:
  • Eligible for 401K after 1,000 hours worked in 12 consecutive months
  • Eligible for Health and Welfare benefits on 1st day of employment
  • Eligible to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Program after 90 days of employment
  • Salary Range: $26/hr - $31/hr

NBC News is seeking a Post-Production Assistant to aid in all aspects of Licensing and Syndication, including Dateline. Please Note: This is a short-term position with an estimated duration of 6 months or less, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
