Requirements

  • Lean / Six Sigma experience, with exposure to continuous improvement initiatives in regulated manufacturing or operations environments
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies, including experience applying them in hybrid or regulated delivery models
  • Experience with AI-assisted project tools, knowledge management, or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Copilot, Claude or similar)
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications
  • Working knowledge of change control processes, PMO governance, and validation requirements (e.g., impact assessment, documentation, and traceability) within regulated life sciences environments

About You: You know the challenges in manufacturing and operations, and you believe there is a better way You thrive on communicating and can do so across levels, with people from the shop floor to engineering managers to executives You're meticulously organized, able to prioritize in ambiguous situations for yourself and your team, and look ahead to risks and mitigate then You understand the business impact of operational improvements You're ready for a start-up environment as part of a fast growing SAAS company You are comfortable working with digital tools and have a willingness to adopt new AI-assisted workflows as they are introduced to the PS org What skills do I need? 5+ years of combined experience delivering projects for regulated life sciences customers, including experience in project or program management, manufacturing or production operations, management consulting, or customer success roles within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations Strong working knowledge of regulated quality systems and compliance frameworks, including GxP, ISO standards, and 21 CFR Part 11 Proven experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across multiple functions Demonstrated ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope definition, milestones, ownership, and timelines, while coordinating internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience leading project meetings, facilitating decision-making, and delivering clear, executive-level updates to both technical and non-technical audiences You will be among the first practitioners to help Tulip define what AI-first delivery looks like - training and tooling will be provided, but intellectual curiosity is expected
