Contributing to further building the LEGO brand through developing and executing highly engaging activities for consumers and shoppers. - As Account Manager you deliver customer value based upon LEGO customer value proposition and through development and implementation of customer business plans - You lead and inspire external and internal key partners to deliver best-in-class execution of commercial plans and challenge the status quo. - With dedication identify and implement business improvement opportunities with support from functional experts within other LEGO functions - Ensure high quality customer planning - Develop strong partnerships with customers - P&L responsibility of accounts Play your part in our team succeeding The Brick and Mortar channel team is a deeply professional sales team collaborating effectively in order to improve the business potential of the channel on CZ/SK markets and selectively beyond, whilst building the brand through engaging online and in-store experiences targeted both consumers and shoppers. Do you have what it takes? - Work experience as an Account Manager - Experience in establishing solid relationships with retailers, store owners and internal partners - which has led to strong business results - Possess excellent negotiation skills - Exhibit a strong business understanding of both the offline as well as the online market and have a strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills - Experienced user of MS Office - Speak and write English and Czech fluently (preferably) #li-ph Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
