Project Manager (HDB Construction)

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring completion within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies, and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations and construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and proactively resolve technical and operational issues.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management on progress, cost, quality, safety, and project performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction projects.
• Proven track record managing projects from planning through completion.
• Experience in HDB residential projects will be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, project scheduling, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Location: Depending on Project
• Working days: 5.5 Days
• Salary : up to S$12,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
