Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the Power Generation Industry for over 50 years. As we expand into a new facility near Arlington, TX, we're seeking an exceptional Electrical Assembly Lead to work closely with our Production Supervisor and the other leaders to build and grow this new facility. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Lead Hand will ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner, in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures and values. Lead department in a shift to ensure safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals are met consistently. Lead the electrical assembly with the preparation and setup of workstations and materials for daily tasks. Update and lead the daily tier meetings with associates in accordance with RBS standards. Ensure work instructions, standards, and specifications related to tasks being completed are followed. Promote and practice Lean manufacturing processes as per RBS standards. Follow and drive consistent compliance with site ISO standards and practices. Participate proactively in Quality inspections of products to verify adherence to standards. Ensure all EHS procedures, goals, and site initiatives are followed consistently. Proactively promote the Regal Business Systems (RBS) and Values. Collaborate with extended team on investigations related to Safety, Quality, and other issues.
