Fueling your passion We are seeking a results-oriented and influential Last Mile Optimization Leader to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives across North America Land (NAL) and Canada. This role requires a strong ability to influence stakeholders to successful execution, build cross-functional relationships, and lead strategic programs that enhance fleet performance, operational effectiveness, and cost management. The ideal candidate will bring a solution-oriented and systems-thinking mindset, combined with strong financial acumen and deep experience in operations and supply chain within the oil & gas or manufacturing sectors. A proven track record in delivering cost-out and optimization projects, along with a high level of accountability and execution. As a Last Mile Optimization Leader, you will be responsible for: Delivering truck right sizing strategy in cHD, MD and LD truck sales plan for 2026 Long term fleet insight development Ordering entry team optimization strategy Operational expense spend reduction - Element - LD premium fuel, non-fuel purchasing Indirect spend optimization - forklifts, water, fuel, truck spares AHA tracking and reporting - last mile efficiencies + truck sales + fleet operational metrics Employee engagement initiatives - career growth plan actions To be successful in this role, you will: Successful influencer - Have ability to influence to completion Have ability to build good relationships across all NAL + Canada Have experience in leading cost out, optimization projects Have solution, systems mindset Have high say/do ratio Have financial acumen Have operations/Supply Chain experience Have a Bachelor's Degree Have 5 years of experience in oil and gas or manufacturing Preferred OIC product knowledge Six sigma (Green Belt) Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
